charged to your major credit card. Balance is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposit refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee, will be
made if cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to arrival date. No refund
will ge made if notice is less than 15 days prior to date of arrival, unless the
room is rented to another party for the entire reserved dates...............
NO-shows: will be charged full price for each night of entire reservation.
A minimum of two nights stay during summer & on weekends...........
No credit or refund for early departures............
Well mannered childres are welcome.............
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and check out by 11:00 a.m. unless
otherwise arranged...
Extra persons charged $25.00 each per night........
